Do you supply regulated gaming equipment?
No. We coordinate interior interfaces with the appointed licensed gaming-equipment provider, but gaming devices and regulated components remain outside our supply scope.
Can you work from an issued designer specification?
Yes. We can source against an issued specification, develop incomplete package information, or review alternatives while maintaining the stated design and performance criteria.
What information is needed for an enquiry?
Provide drawings, room or zone list, quantities where available, required programme, delivery location, design references and any applicable operator or authority criteria.
How are substitutions reviewed?
Alternatives are compared by dimensions, material construction, finish, test evidence, serviceability, lead time, commercial terms and interfaces. Deviations are recorded for approval.
Can packages be installed in a live venue?
Yes, subject to an agreed workface plan covering access, protection, noise, temporary storage, operational shutdowns and daily handback.
