Everlenton is the controller of personal information collected through this website and through direct project enquiries. Questions about this policy or the use of your information should be sent to privacy@everlenton.com.
This policy covers website visitors, prospective clients, client representatives, consultants, contractors and suppliers who contact Everlenton in connection with casino interior projects.
Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, we may collect your name, work email address, organisation, project location, required scope and the information included in your message. If correspondence continues, we may also receive drawings, schedules, budgets, programme information, telephone details and the names and roles of project participants.
Our hosting and security systems may process technical records including IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, server response and security events. These records are used to operate and protect the website.
Please do not submit payment-card information, identity documents, special-category information or personal information about unrelated individuals through the project enquiry form.

We do not use enquiry information for automated decision-making or behavioural advertising.
International transfers
A casino interior project may involve suppliers or professional teams outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, Everlenton will assess the destination and use an appropriate transfer mechanism where UK law requires one. This may include UK adequacy regulations, the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses.
How long information is retained
Unsuccessful or inactive project enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. Records connected with an agreed project may be retained for up to seven years after completion or termination where required for contractual, tax, insurance, warranty or legal purposes. Server and security logs are retained for a shorter period appropriate to operational and security needs.
Information may be kept for longer where a legal dispute, regulatory request, warranty matter or other documented obligation requires it. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
Security and access
Everlenton uses proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. Measures may include access controls, secure hosting, restricted project folders, software updates, backups and supplier confidentiality obligations.
No internet transmission is completely secure. Do not use the enquiry form for highly confidential technical or commercial material; contact the project team first to agree an appropriate transfer method.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, email privacy@everlenton.com and describe the information or processing concerned. We may request information needed to verify identity. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.
Questions and complaints
Please contact Everlenton first so the matter can be investigated. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection. Current contact and complaint information is available at ico.org.uk.
Children and policy updates
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. Everlenton does not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 18 through the project enquiry form.
This policy may be updated when website functions, business processes or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
